Privacy Policy
General
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), everyone has the right to the protection of their privacy and to protection against the misuse of their personal data. I comply with these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
No cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and no tracking cookies. Should any external content (e.g. fonts from Google) set cookies, this is done exclusively by those third-party providers – see below.
Hosting (commissioned processing)
This website is hosted in Switzerland by tophost.ch. When the site is accessed, the following technical data is automatically stored in the server log files: IP address, date, time, requested URL, browser type and operating system. This data serves solely the secure operation of the website (detection of attacks, error analysis) and is automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days. No personal evaluation takes place.
Contact form & e-mail
If you contact me via the contact form or by e-mail, the details you submit (name, e-mail, phone, preferred date, message) are stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. I do not pass this data on without your consent.
Enquiries are kept in my e-mail inbox and deleted no later than 24 months after the correspondence has concluded, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax law) require otherwise.
Web analytics with Matomo (cookieless)
This website uses Matomo, an open-source web analytics service hosted on a server in Switzerland (tracking.blueforce.ch). I deliberately use Matomo in its cookieless variant:
- No cookies are set.
- IP addresses are anonymised before storage.
- There is no third-party tracking – the data stays on a Swiss server.
- Only aggregated information such as pages visited, time on site, device class, anonymised origin, language and clicks on buttons/links is recorded.
This data helps me improve the offering. Identification of individual persons is not possible. Aggregated statistical data is kept for up to 24 months.
If you do not want anonymous tracking either, you can activate «Do Not Track» in your browser – Matomo respects this setting.
Fonts
The fonts on this website are served locally from my own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider – your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.
Links to social platforms
On the website I link to profiles on Instagram, Tripadvisor and Google. These links only open when you click them – no data is transmitted to the respective providers beforehand. Privacy policies of the providers:

You have the right at any time to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact the address given in the legal notice in writing, or e-mail info@chickenwings.ch.
Changes
I reserve the right to amend this privacy policy from time to time so that it always meets current legal requirements or reflects changes to my services. The version in force at the time then applies to your next visit.
